Collects cash payments from customers, and makes change or charge purchases to customers' credit cards, providing customers with receipts
Applies knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Assists customers with all orders and/or questions, per Company Customer Service guidelines
Ensures that inventory levels are maintained at optimum levels at all times, i.e. there is no over-stocking or under-stocking
